Welcome to our estate in Skala Maries. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure the safety and happiness of all our guests.

Booking and Cancellations To provide the best personal care, we accept a limited number of guests. We kindly ask that you inform us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to another furry friend.

Pet Health and Vaccinations For the safety of all animals on the estate, all pets must be up to date with their vaccinations and flea/tick treatments. Owners must provide proof of health documents upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any pet showing signs of contagious illness.

Temperament and Safety Our retreat is a social, cage-free environment. We only accept pets that are non-aggressive toward humans and other animals. If a pet becomes aggressive or poses a safety risk, we will contact you immediately to discuss alternative arrangements.

Emergency Care In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, we will first attempt to contact you or your designated emergency contact. If we cannot reach you, we are authorized to seek local veterinary care in Thassos at the owner’s expense.

Owner Responsibility Owners are responsible for providing enough food, medication, and any specific supplies needed for the duration of the stay. Owners also remain legally liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet to our property or other guests.

A Personal Commitment As this is a private, family-run retreat and not a commercial facility, our goal is to provide a loving and natural environment. We promise to treat your pet with the same care as our own, but we cannot be held responsible for natural occurrences or unforeseen accidents common in an outdoor estate setting.
